Our SaaS Backup and Recovery allows up to three Super User accounts per environment. Super Users have elevated access and administrative control within the application.

### :flag_off: Super User Account Limit

A maximum of three (3) Super User accounts is permitted per environment.

### ⚙️ How to create a new Super User:

1. Log in using the default Super User credentials provided during provisioning
2. Navigate to the **Users** section
3. Click **Add**
4. Enter the new user’s:

- Email address
- First name
- Last name

Submit the form

5. An initial validation email is automatically sent to the email address provided
6. The new user must open the email and click the embedded validation link
7. A confirmation page will appear once validation is successful
8. A second email containing a temporary password will then be sent

  
The new Super User can log in using:

- Username: Registered email address
- Password: Temporary password

  
After the first login, the user must navigate to **Profile** and reset their password
