When restoring your data, you can choose from three restore types depending on the scope and level of precision you need:

### :1_one_circle_blue: **Full Recovery**

A full recovery restores your entire dataset from the backup, including all parent and child objects. This option is ideal for scenarios such as:

- Recovering from a major data loss or corruption event
- Reverting your entire environment to a known good state
- Performing a full system rollback

### :2_two_circle_blue: **Object-Level Restore**

An object-level restore recovers one or more specified objects along with their associated child objects. Use this option when you need to:

- Restore a specific table or module without affecting unrelated data
- Roll back changes to one area of your dataset
- Recover deleted or modified objects selectively

### :3_three_circle_blue: **Record-Level Restore**

A record-level restore targets individual records within an object, and can also include related child records. This provides the highest level of precision for situations such as:

- Recovering accidentally deleted or modified records
- Undoing changes to a small data subset without restoring the entire object
- Minimizing impact on the rest of your environment during a targeted recovery
