Backup and Recovery provides a user-friendly interface and detailed logs to help you monitor backup activity and ensure everything runs smoothly.

### ⚙️ **Monitoring Backup Progress**

In the **Details** section for each backup, you can:

- View the current **status** of your backup at a glance.
- Access **visual graphs** that display daily records processed and API call usage over time.
- Download these graphs for external reporting or compliance tracking.

Each backup breaks down progress at the object level, showing:

- Number of records **read**, **inserted**, **updated**, or **deleted**
- Any **errors** encountered during processing

### ⚙️** Accessing Logs**

For deeper troubleshooting or auditing, you have two options:

1. **Command Line Logs**

- Running the product through the command line provides direct access to detailed logs for each backup execution.

2. **SoapTrace Option**

- When running a backup, select the **SoapTrace** option.
- After the backup completes, click on the backup entry and use the **Download Log** feature to retrieve the SoapTrace log file for review.
